LOVE
IS WITHIN REACH

Ready to learn about the Heart Chakra and feel great?!
The heart chakra, also known as Anahata in Sanskrit, is one of the seven main energy centers or "chakras" in the human body. These chakras are believed to be points of energy that play a role in various aspects of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Â
The heart chakra is located in the center of the chest, near the heart, and is associated with the color green. It is considered the bridge between the lower three chakras, which are associated with the material world, and the upper three chakras, which are associated with the spiritual realm.
Â
The heart chakra is thought to be responsible for emotions, love, compassion, forgiveness, and connection with others. When the heart chakra is balanced and open, it is believed to contribute to a sense of love, harmony, and compassion. On the other hand, if the heart chakra is blocked or imbalanced, it may lead to issues such as emotional instability, difficulty forming meaningful connections, or a lack of self-love.
Â
Various practices, such as meditation, yoga, and energy healing, are often used to balance and activate the heart chakra, promoting emotional and spiritual well-being. Each chakra is associated with specific qualities, and balancing these energy centers is believed to contribute to overall health and harmony.

The final step we focus on is opening. Today we will set the intention to spread the love in our hearts to others. Becoming a divine channel for love, we will focus on blessing those around us today.
“Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance." -Kahlil Gibran
Â
Wow! That quote from Kahlil Gibran (author of The Prophet) is beautiful and powerful. It reminds us that the beauty of life is in the journey. Let's focus on how opening ourselves to spread divine love can be our journey today:Â
- Journal Prompt #2 will focus on opening ourselves as a channel of love. Today we will use our journal to bless others. Write about the beautiful and loving qualities of all of the people and things that surround you. Let your heart sing in silence as you pour your gratitude onto the page.
- Ask yourself, how can I bless these people in my life today? How can I pass on the love in m heart to others?
- Once you are done, ask your higher self to help you set an intention today for openness. Namaste.Â
