Ready to use the Laws of the Universe to feel great?!

You may have heard a lot of buzz about the Law of Attraction lately. If you are wondering what it's all about read on to learn how you can use this law to feel better.

The Law of Attraction basically says that like attracts like. Have you ever noticed that if you wake up on the "wrong side of the bed", it just feels like nothing can go right for you? That's because you have started out your day in that frame of mind.

The good news is that once you understand that your thinking literally can attract new experiences, people and things into your life, you regain your power! You can move out of being a victim of your circumstances and into a creator of your reality.

Through out the course of this week, we will explore exactly how you can use manifestation techniques to become the person you want to be and attract the life you want.

Today we are going to start our journey by taking stock of where we are right now. So, if you are wondering what your consciousness is like, look around at your conditions. In journal entry #1, we are going to do an exercise to evaluate where we are in relation to health, finances, and love!

 

Monday Journal Prompt

The best way to start the self discovery process is to take stock of where you are currently at. Once we can identify the areas where abundance feels lacking, we can target where you need to change your thinking. Today we are going to look around our current environment and write about what is working for us and what isn't. We will start by journaling on the following questions:

  • How is my health? Are there any areas that feel great when it comes to my health? Are there any that feel poor?
  • What does my love life look like? Do I feel surrounded by like-minded souls? Or do I feel like I lack connection? How do that make me feel?
  • Are my finances in order? Do I feel that financial abundance is flowing or is it scare? Do I have any financial fear?
  • Am I willing to grow in the areas that I need growth? How does that feel in my body when I say yes or no?
