What Do My Feelings Have To Do With It?!

Your feelings are like your super power! Feelings are the powerful catalyst of manifestation. The emotions you have are strengthened by your thoughts and they are the powerful mechanism that makes things happen. 

This is why you have to really believe what you are saying to yourself, or it simply won't happen. If you are saying that you want to be a successful person and inside you really don't feel like you are good enough, then you can't really step into that successful and confident person that you want to be.

The mistake that a lot people make when they first learn about the Law of Attraction is that they deny the way they actually feel and try to just throw positive thoughts on top of their actually feelings. When their thoughts don't match what they believe is truth, they get frustrated when they don't manifest what they want and just give up. 

You can see how important it is to allow your emotions to pass through you, rather than deny them. Today we are going to uncover feelings that you have, and journal about them. 

 

Wednesday Journal Prompt

Today we are going to embrace our feelings. Our emotions are indicators to us about when we are in alignment with our Highest Self and when we are out of alignment. Every negative thought is an indicator that we are believing something that isn's true about ourselves. In contrast, when we feel great emotionally we are thinking about ourselves in a way that is in alignment with our highest aim. Let's dive into our feelings with these journal prompts:

  • How do I feel today?
  • What makes me feel good when I think about it? (sometimes these things can be little furry friends, nature or our little ones)
  • What feelings are painful for me and need to be released so that i can move forward?
  • Imagine yourself standing at the ocean with three rocks. On each of these rocks, place your painful feelings. Imagine yourself taking those rocks and throwing them far into the water. Watch as they float far away and set the intention that you are releasing those feelings and letting them go. Now, write about how that experience felt for you.
